Power M.F is a high-stimulant thermogenic pre-workout formulated to support energy, focus and performance during demanding training sessions.

Each serving provides approximately 350 mg of caffeine from multiple sources and 4,000 mg of beta-alanine. The formula also combines creatine, amino acids and botanical extracts selected to support training intensity, muscular endurance and the pump.

Recommended Use

Mix 1 scoop (9 g) with 250 ml of water and consume 15–30 minutes before training.

Beginners and caffeine-sensitive users should first assess their tolerance with no more than half a serving. Do not exceed 1 serving within 24 hours.

Note: The stated serving size of 9 g conflicts with the claim that the product provides 11 g of active ingredients per serving. The current package label should be checked before publishing these quantities.

Beta-alanine, creatine monohydrate, acidity regulator (anhydrous citric acid), flavouring, L-tyrosine, betaine anhydrous, L-taurine, caffeine anhydrous, green tea leaf extract (Camellia sinensis) ¾:1, Bacopa monnieri whole-herb extract 10%, Rhodiola root extract (Rhodiola rosea) 20:1, choline bitartrate, bitter-orange fruit extract (Citrus aurantium L.) 15:1, white-willow bark extract (Salix alba) 8:1, sweeteners (acesulfame K and sucralose), tricalcium phosphate, green coffee bean extract (Coffea robusta) 12:1, ForsLean® root extract (Coleus forskohlii) 35:1, colour (beetroot red), L-theanine, cayenne-pepper fruit extract (Capsicum annuum) 8:1 and citrus-bioflavonoid fruit extract (Citrus aurantium) 6:1.

High-Caffeine Warning

Contains approximately 350 mg of caffeine per serving, equivalent to roughly three or four cups of coffee, depending on strength.

Do not combine with coffee, energy drinks, fat burners, stimulant medication or other caffeine-containing products. Avoid consuming within at least six hours of bedtime.

Bitter-orange extract may contain synephrine. Combining synephrine with high doses of caffeine may increase heart rate and blood pressure.

For healthy adults aged 18 years and over only. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Do not use if you:

• Have high blood pressure or cardiovascular, liver or kidney disease

• Have anxiety, panic, thyroid or seizure disorders

• Are sensitive to caffeine or other stimulants

• Are allergic to aspirin or salicylates

• Have a bleeding disorder, stomach ulcer or asthma triggered by aspirin

• Take anticoagulants, antiplatelet medicines, antidepressants, stimulant medication or medication for blood pressure or thyroid function

White-willow bark contains naturally occurring salicylates. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you take medication or have a medical condition.

Beta-alanine may cause a temporary tingling sensation. Thermogenic ingredients may increase warmth and perspiration; increased sweating does not directly cause body-fat loss.

Stop use and seek medical advice if you experience chest pain, severe headache, dizziness, shortness of breath or an irregular heartbeat.
