At VinnyPowerNutrition, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, securely, and efficiently.
We currently ship to Mainland Portugal, Madeira, the Azores and Spain, bringing premium sports nutrition and bodybuilding supplements to more athletes and fitness enthusiasts.

Important: Our free shipping promotion for orders above €60 applies exclusively to Mainland Portugal and does not extend to Madeira, the Azores or Spain.
All applicable shipping charges are displayed before customers complete their purchase.
📦 Order Processing
Once payment has been confirmed, orders go through the following stages:
1. Order Validation
Orders are normally validated within 24 hours on business days.
2. Preparation & Dispatch
Orders are prepared, securely packaged and handed over to our shipping partners.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
During promotional campaigns, product launches, holidays or periods of exceptionally high demand, processing times may be extended.

Delivery estimates for Madeira, the Azores and Spain will be provided where available during checkout or through our customer support team.
All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Deliveries may be affected by carrier operations, adverse weather conditions, transport disruptions, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These circumstances do not affect customers' statutory consumer rights.
📲 Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided whenever available.
Where supported, customers may receive shipment updates through WhatsApp and carrier tracking services.
This allows customers to follow the progress of their order from dispatch to delivery.
📬 Receiving Your Order
Upon delivery, we recommend checking:

If the package appears damaged, please inform the carrier and contact VinnyPowerNutrition as soon as possible.
Where appropriate, take photographs of the external packaging and affected products.

If you receive missing, incorrect, damaged or defective products, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, to help us investigate the issue promptly.

The recommended 48-hour notification period does not limit or exclude customers' statutory rights.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including:

Incorrect or incomplete delivery details may cause delays or failed delivery attempts.
Additional shipping costs arising from customer-provided address errors may be charged where legally permitted and appropriately disclosed.
📦 Unclaimed or Returned Packages
If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, failure to collect the parcel or an unjustified refusal of delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Any additional charges will be communicated to the customer before a new shipment is arranged.
This provision does not affect statutory withdrawal rights or other mandatory consumer protections.
