If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

⏱️ 14 DAYS TO RETURN

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

✅ RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and unopened

  • In its original condition

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

📦 HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To make the return process as simple as possible, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your customer account on VinnyPowerNutrition.com.
  2. Navigate to the Returns & Cancellations section.
  3. Select the order and item(s) you wish to return.
  4. Submit your return request to initiate the return process.
  5. Alternatively, if you are unable to access your account, contact us at apoioaocliente@vinnypowernutrition.com and include:
    • Your order number
    • The product(s) you wish to return
    • The reason for the return (optional for EU withdrawal requests)
  6. Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
  7. Carefully package the item(s) and send them back in accordance with the instructions provided.
  8. After the returned item(s) have been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund or exchange.

💸 RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • No restocking fees will be charged.

🚫 NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or unsealed:

  • Food supplements

  • Sports nutrition products

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Personal care and hygiene products

  • Hazardous materials or flammable goods

This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is defective or damaged.

⚠️ FINAL SALE ITEMS

Products marked as Final Sale remain covered by applicable consumer rights.

For online purchases, customers have the right to cancel and return their order within 14 calendar days after receiving the products, without providing a reason, subject to the exceptions established by law.

For health and hygiene reasons, sealed products that have been opened after delivery cannot be returned. Products that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly may also be excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products remain fully covered by the applicable statutory consumer rights.

The fastest way to exchange an item is:

🇪🇺 EUROPEAN UNION RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

Certain products may be exempt from withdrawal rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws, including sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

💰 REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days

  • The refund will be issued using the original payment method

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.
