NOW Foods Omega-3 provides a natural fish-oil concentrate obtained from anchovies, sardines and tuna. Each softgel contains 1,000 mg of fish-oil concentrate, including 180 mg of EPA and 120 mg of DHA.

EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. DHA also supports normal brain function and the maintenance of normal vision. These beneficial effects are obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA.

The natural fish-oil concentrate is manufactured under strict quality-control standards and tested for potentially harmful levels of contaminants, including mercury, other heavy metals, PCBs and dioxins.
