NOW Foods Liquid Vitamin D-3 & MK-7 combines vitamins D3 and K2, two complementary nutrients that support normal bones, teeth, muscles and immune function.

Vitamin D3, also known as cholecalciferol, supports the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus. It also contributes to normal blood calcium levels and helps maintain normal bones, teeth, muscles and immune-system function.

Vitamin K2 is supplied as MenaQ7® MK-7, a highly bioavailable, soya-free form of menaquinone-7 derived from chickpeas. Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and the maintenance of normal bones.

The convenient liquid format is easy to take directly or add to a drink and allows the serving to be measured in drops.

Shake well before use.

Take five drops daily, either directly or added to your preferred drink. For best absorption, take with a meal containing fat.
