This product provides 75 mg of vitamin B6 per daily serving, which exceeds current European tolerable upper-intake guidance. Prolonged or excessive vitamin B6 intake can cause peripheral neuropathy, with symptoms including tingling, numbness, burning sensations or loss of coordination. Consult a healthcare professional before use and avoid combining it with other products containing vitamin B6.
The formula also contains high levels of zinc and several other micronutrients. Do not combine it with another multivitamin or mineral supplement unless advised by a healthcare professional.
Vitamin K may interact with anticoagulant medication. Fenugreek and alpha-lipoic acid may affect blood glucose levels.
The botanical ingredients in this product have not been conclusively proven to increase testosterone, muscle mass or sexual performance in healthy men. Individual results may vary.
