Recommended Use

Daily serving: 2–4 capsules

Important Information

Magnesium citrate is generally well absorbed, but claims that it directly improves heart function, dilates blood vessels or prevents cardiac hypoxia should not be used.

Vitamin B6 supports normal magnesium-related metabolic processes, although it should not be described as guaranteeing increased magnesium absorption.

The maximum daily serving provides 12 mg of vitamin B6. Avoid combining it with other high-dose vitamin B6 supplements. Prolonged excessive intake can cause peripheral neuropathy, with symptoms such as tingling, burning or numbness in the hands and feet.
