Omega-3 and omega-6 are essential fatty acids, meaning the body cannot produce them and they must be obtained through the diet. Omega-9 is a non-essential but beneficial fatty acid that the body can produce naturally.

This plant-oil formula primarily supplies alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), linoleic acid, gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) and oleic acid.
