Recommended Use

Serving size: Approximately 2 scoops (50 g)
Servings per container: 60

Dissolve approximately 2 scoops (50 g) in 500 ml of water. Depending on your individual energy requirements, consume 2–3 servings daily, preferably before, during and after training.

Two daily servings provide 100 g of powder; three provide 150 g. Adjust intake to training duration, intensity and total dietary carbohydrate requirements.
