Calcium and Magnesium Tablet

Calcium carbonate, magnesium oxide, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose) and anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate).

Vitamin C Complex Capsule

L-ascorbic acid, bovine gelatin capsule, citrus bioflavonoid complex, rosehip fruit extract 20:1, Vitis vinifera grape-seed extract 120:1, colour (iron oxide) and BioPerine® black-pepper fruit extract 50:1.

Soya lecithin (71%), capsule (gelatin, glycerine and purified water).

Recommended Use

Take 1 complete sachet daily with breakfast or another meal, accompanied by plenty of water.
