Each serving provides 5 g of instantised branched-chain amino acids in a 2:1:1 ratio:

• L-Leucine

• L-Isoleucine

• L-Valine

BCAAs are essential amino acids found naturally in dietary protein. They are commonly used during training to complement daily amino-acid and protein intake.

2. Intra-Training Performance & Hydration Complex — 3.7 g

Contains:

• L-Taurine

• Potassium phosphate

This complex provides amino acids and mineral compounds designed to support electrolyte intake, muscle function and hydration during demanding training sessions.

Recommended Use

Mix one scoop—14.5 g—with 250–350 ml of cold water.
