NOW Foods Liquid Vitamin D-3 & MK-7 — 30 ml

Shake well before use.

Take 5 drops (approximately 0.184 ml) once daily, either directly or added to your preferred drink.

For best absorption, take with a meal containing fat.

Each serving provides 2,500 IU (62.5 µg) vitamin D3 and 100 µg vitamin K2 (MK-7).

Do not exceed the manufacturer's recommended daily serving.

IMPORTANT: If taking warfarin or other vitamin K antagonist anticoagulants, use only with medical approval and appropriate monitoring.
