🚚 Shipping & Delivery


📦 Shipping Cost

All orders to mainland Portugal have a fixed shipping fee of €6, regardless of the weight or size of the order.

Shipping costs are paid by the customer at checkout, by selecting NACEX as the delivery carrier.


⏱️ Order Processing

After payment confirmation, orders go through validation and preparation:

  • Order validation: up to 24 hours
  • Preparation & dispatch: up to 3 business days

Once dispatched, the order will be handed over to the selected carrier for delivery.

In exceptional situations (e.g., temporary stock shortages, promotional periods, or high order volume), additional processing time may apply.


🚛 Delivery

After the carrier collects the order, delivery times depend entirely on the shipping provider.

VinnyPowerNutrition is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier after dispatch.


📬 Receiving Your Order

At the time of delivery, we recommend that you carefully check:

  • The condition of the packaging
  • Any signs of damage or tampering

If you notice any issues:

  • Do not accept the delivery
  • Inform the carrier immediately
  • Contact us right away

All VinnyPowerNutrition orders are properly sealed and identified to ensure product integrity and safety.

After receiving your order, please verify that all items listed on the invoice are included.
